Disney Will Allow Park Workers To Have Beards

Staff at Disney’s theme parks will be permitted to grow beards and goatees for initially ever.
A Disney speaker said Monday that the new insurance plan will apply to workers in California andĀ Florida beginning next month.
Disney had disallowed all cosmetic beard on its amusement playground workers since Disney land started out in California in the mid-1950s. The company improved its insurance plan in 2000 to allow mustaches, provided they were grown on vacation and not at work.

Starting Feb. 3, beards, mustaches and other cosmetic growth will be permitted.
Disney regularly reassesses its looking after specifications. The Disney speaker says authorities determined now was enjoyable to change the locks insurance plan.
The insurance plan change also allows workers in areas without guest contact to have informal Fridays.
